Cancellation & Returns Policy

At RM Sampoorna, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch:
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please email us at rmsampoorna@gmail.com or call us at +91 99011 49092 with your order details.
• After Dispatch:
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns Policy

Since our products are food items (consumables), we follow a strict no-return policy due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, returns will be accepted in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received a product that has passed its expiry date.

Conditions for Return Approval:

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of issue (clear photo/video) must be shared with us via email or WhatsApp.

3. Refund Policy

• If your cancellation/return request is approved:
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card/Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be provided via bank transfer. Bank details will be requested for the same.
• If the product was damaged due to customer mishandling or storage issues, no refund will be issued.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.
